The 110 West 40^th Street Tenant Amenities Manager is available to:

• Greet your Conference Center visitors in our luxurious Lounge
• Coordinate your food and beverage needs for use in the Conference Center
• Assist with all audio/visual needs in the Conference Center
• Assist your clients and guests with restaurant reservations, travel needs, etc.
• Accept all deliveries and the US Mail and notify you about your packages and mail

Our state-of-the-art conference center is for the use of our tenants and can be booked by the hour or by the day depending on your needs. The secured conference center rooms feature all the high speed connections and equipment to facilitate your international conference calls or catered private board meetings.

In our lounge your employees and guests can take a break, meet, and grab a cup of coffee. Visitors to the Concierge Desk or Conference Center can enjoy complimentary soda, coffee and snacks in a luxurious setting.
